Have you ever wanted to create a mini garden at your home but often find it hard to keep your plants alive? Well, there is a new smart planter that will make gardening a breeze.
It can sometimes get hard to keep plants alive especially when you keep a variety of plants that and each of them requires different care to survive.
Not to mention the amount of water and fertilizer that may be too much or may not be enough for certain types of plants.
However, there is a new planter that will help turn your plants into a life-like creature like Tamagotchi pets!
Mu Design came up with a brilliant and innovative idea that will help people to communicate with their plants via a smart planter.
This smart planter will let you know when it is the right time to water your plant or if there is not enough fertilizer or sunlight.
All you need is to download an app and scan a QR code provided at your smart planter.
You will also need to select the type of plant and let the app tells you exactly what your plant needs at the moment.
The smart planter also comes with an LED screen that is able to express 15 different emotions for your plant’s basic needs such as water or sunlight.
If the screen shows a squinting face, then you will know that it may have been a while since you last water it or if the sunlight is too much.
It also comes with a motion sensor to follow your movements or your pet’s sneaky jump!
Just in case your feline or canine friend turns curious and tries to sneak up on it, the planter will glare off and give a vampire face with its fangs stuck out to scare them off.
However, this smart planter is not for sale yet as the company plans to ship their products by the end of this year in December.
Currently, they have an Indiegogo campaign set up with EUR30,000 (USD33404) as their fixed goal and they have raised 57% as for now.
