They say never hold your farts in because it will travel up your spine, into your brain. This man probably didn’t want to mess with his brain and just decided to let it go.
According to USA Today, a man who was wanted for possession of a controlled substance was being captured by the law enforcement officers in Missouri after he accidentally gave away his own position.
The man was said to be in hiding when he farted quite loudly and produces just enough volume to get the attention of the police officers that were searching all over for him.
In a hilarious social media post shared by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, they clarify that the man was indeed arrested after his fart sound was discovered by the officers.

When a local TV station requested for more information on the case in the comments section, the police responded with another witty reply updating the situation.
“The person was arrested over the weekend on a Clay County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance.”
“We’ve gotta give props to Liberty (Missouri) PD for using their senses to sniff him out!”
The official Twitter account of the City of Liberty also didn’t want to miss out on the fun and wrote a post about the incident on Twitter.
“The Liberty Police Department was surprised to see this incident slip out, which stinks for the arrestee. Fortunately, no one was injured during his arrest.”
