What seemed like a typical sunset turned into a breathtaking sight of sunlight breaking through the clouds to form a glowing image of Jesus Christ.
Alfredo Lo Brutto was at his home in Agropoli, Italy when he captured the majestic image during sunset on March 1, 2019.
The shape of the clouds resembles the famous statue of Christ the Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Brutto who usually does not post on his social media account later wrote that he just had to share the spectacular image of bursting through the murky clouds with others.
“I was enchanted by the view,” Brutto wrote.

“I don’t often share pictures on social media, but when I took this one, I instantly felt like I wanted other people to see it because it was so beautiful,” he said.
The image has now gone viral on social media as many people resonated with Brutto that the spectacular sunset does resemble the figure of Jesus Christ.
In the image, the sunlight shines through the clouds as it forms a figure of a person standing with their arms outstretched.
The image looks a lot like the popular Brazilian landmark, the Christ the Redeemer statue. Don’t you agree?
This is not the first time images of Jesus appear in unusual ways. There have been numerous incidents where snapshots show an image of Jesus glowing through the clouds.
