Guichon currently works at Jean Phillippe Patisserie in Las Vegas and his mission is to make chocolate that tastes as good as it looks
He started his career when he was just 14 years old. When he was 21, Guichon was the youngest executive pastry chef in Paris and it is not hard to see why
