A baby took everyone by surprise when she hugged her mother for the first time just seconds after she was born.
On April 5, Brenda Coelho de Souza, 24, from Brazil gave birth to her daughter, Agata Ribeiro Coelho, via cesarean section. The medical team placed Agata next to Coelho de Souza after she was born, and Agata’s reaction surprised everyone, according to various media reports.
The little bundle of joy, wrapped in a turquoise-colored blanket, clung to her mother, a reaction that took everyone by surprise
In a video clip by Caters TV, Agata was seen hugging and clinging to Coelho de Souza’s face for more than a minute.
On the baby’s reaction, the mother said, “It was an incredible moment when my daughter hugged me for the first time”
Recalling the doctor’s reaction, she continued, “The medical team were great and were all really surprised that she acted this way. They couldn’t believe how affectionate she was with me”
As for Agata, she seems to be giving surprises to her mother since her birth
Coelho de Souza said, “Agata is now three months old and is doing great, every day is a surprise and I love being a mother.”
