When her owner Cesar Fernandez-Chavez brings her for an evening walk, Loubie can’t hide her feeling but to approach strangers for some heartwarming hugs. She loves to wrap her forelegs around people’s legs and asking for their loves. The community gave her a nickname “The hugging dog”.

“She gets a very good grip, depending on where I’m standing. I have to make sure that I’m keeping well-balanced,” Fernandez-Chavez said.
