It is common to see many people complaining about being overworked while not getting the compensation they deserve. However, not many of us are bold enough to tell the truth to their employers.
However, this employee apparently had enough with having to pull overtime until 2 am in the morning that he decided to send a message to his employer.
In the Facebook post which has gone viral, the employee wrote on how frustrated and exhausted he was to work until the wee hours and had to go to work again the next morning.
The build-up anger and frustration later prompted him to send a message to his employer.
“Dear boss, have you gone to sleep yet? It’s late at night and I have a strong feeling that you are already sleeping at this hour but I need to tell you something.”
“You are sleeping soundly but I am still at the office, working overtime,” the message says.
In the screenshot image in his post, the angry message is clearly sent to his employer.

Apparently, many users also shared a similar situation with the frustrated employee.
The post has attracted hundreds of comments saying that they had to work overtime until the early hours of the day as well.
“I have been working overtime for a month. I am not brave enough to complain to my boss a word but I just can’t do it anymore. Working overtime until midnight and the overtime allowance does not even make it up,” one user commented.
“I work until 4 o’clock in the morning and go home. Then I get up at 8 o’clock and go to work again,” another user wrote.
It is unknown what happened to the employee after he sent the message but one thing for sure, he does have courage!
