Skipping rope is probably one the most taught workout lessons taught in Physical Education class. It is relatively easy and all you need is to coordinate your wrists and legs and jump at the right time.
It may sound easy for one to do it but what about skipping rope over a single rope in the fastest pace you can by a team?
Apparently, a team of primary school students in Fuji, Japan just made the latest world record for the most skips over a single rope by a team.
According to Guinness World Records, the team of 14 students from E-Jump Fuji team completed a total of 230 skips in just one minute!
What is more interesting is the previous world record of 225 skips was also made by the same team.
The amazing skipping routine began with two girls holding the rope at each end and when they began to swing the rope, 12 skippers swiftly hopped through the rope
The seemingly infinite loop is totally an incredible sight and the skippers hopped through the rope in a figure-eight arrangement, creating the fastest and effective way to skip as fast as they could to achieve the set goal
In addition to their incredibly smooth and fast-skipping routine, the students can be heard chanting motivational words while completing the worldrecord
After the video of the team’s amazing skipping challenge spread like a wildfire on the internet, many viewers praised the fantastic and great teamwork shown by the primary school students
It is certainly not easy to skip rope by a team but these young students have made the impossible looked effortlessly easy!
