This incredible recipe is believed to come from Bangladesh. Using cauliflowers that are freshly picked from the farm, this recipe called cauliflower pakoras is surely a protein and nutrition-packed recipe.
After the cauliflowers are picked, they wash the vegetables with clean water and steam the cauliflower florets until they are tender
Then, some flour and chilli powder are mixed together along with other seasonings like ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, turmeric. Water is added to the flour mix to make a batter.
Next, the cooked cauliflower florets are dipped in the batter and then fried until the batter turns crispy
Now, the spicy fried cauliflower florets are ready to be enjoyed!
