A visitor at Patara Elephant Farm in Chiang Mai, Thailand did not know that he would receive such a warm welcome from one of the residents when he visited the farm.
In an adorable footage taken at the farm, the man receives a big kiss from a baby elephant as they cuddle on the ground.
The footage even shows the baby elephant wrapping its whole mouth around the man’s head before tickling him with its tiny trunk
The baby elephant looks so delighted at the sight of its newfound friend when it lies side by side the lucky visitor
As elephants do not have the greatest eyesight, they rely on their great sense of smell and touch to communicate. So, when it comes to showing their affection to the ones they love, elephants tend to stroke or caress them with their trunks.
And it seems that this baby elephant is really happy with to meet his new human friend by looking at how it does all this and more to the man
