8-year-old Sophie does not have much time left with her dying great-grandmother who can only lie in bed but it does not stop her from expressing her love to her grandmother and it is touching.
‘Great Nana’, as the family calls her great-grandmother has been suffering from dementia and the doctors believe that she does not have much time left in this world.
So, when Sophie came to visit her in Lowestoft, United Kingdom, she decided to sing a song that is very dear to the family.
In the moving video, Sophie softly sings ‘You Are My Sunshine’ to her dying great-grandmother while her mother records the special moment
