Dental plaque is a mass of bacteria that is commonly found between and around teeth. It usually costs quite a bit to get rid of it once it has accumulated because you will need to go and see a dentist.
However, this woman shared a simple way to get rid of plaque in the comforts of your own home, using household ingredients which are readily available at home.
She learned this nifty trick from her grandmother and never had the need to go and see a dentist to again. It is easy and takes next to no time at all.Here is what you will need:
You don’t need any special kind of salt, just your regular table salt will do. Approximately one teaspoon is enough. Put it in a small bowl.
#2 Baking powder
Add about two tablespoons of baking powder to the salt and mix well.
Slowly add water while mixing until you reach the consistency of toothpaste.
Here is how to use this concoction:
Now that you have this paste, just treat it as if it was regular toothpaste. Place a small amount on your toothbrush and brush your teeth thoroughly for a bout three minutes. Then just spit and rinse your mouth.
Repeat this process once or twice a month.
Tip: Try to avoid this mixture coming into contact with your tongue, it is extremely salty and bitter.
