There are many couples out there who promise to love each other until death do them part but how many of them actually do as they say? Well, this romantic couple proved so when they actually meant every word in their wedding vows to stay together until their last breath.
David Mosher, 35, proposed to the love of his life, Lindsay, 32, on December 22, 2016 after two years being in a serious relationship.
Later, they both went to do medical check-ups before they got married
Unfortunately, it turned out that Lindsay’s medical test’s results were not as they expected them to be.
Lindsay was told that she had aggressive form of breast cancer and that the cancer had already spread to her lymph nodes
However, that did not change David’s heart. He was determined to continue with his plan to get married to Lindsay no matter what.
“I left the plans as they were. I proposed to her,” David said.
“We had the toughest year of our life. She struggled with her cancer through the traditional chemotherapy”
When the cancer soon became worse and spread further to her brain and lungs, the couple decided to hold their wedding on December 30 but the doctor explained that Lindsay might not make it until then.
So, they then set an earlier date for their wedding on December 22. On their wedding day, Lindsay wore a beautiful white dress and they exchanged their vows as husband and wife at the hospital’s chapel.
Their small wedding was very intimate and private with just family members and close friends went as guests
Sadly, just after 18 hours being David’s wife, Lindsay passed away
The photos of their wedding have quickly gone viral around the world with many hearts touched by their endless love towards each other.
Bridesmaid and photographer Christina Karas told, “This has been a heartbreaking time, but I’m glad this story has brought hope to so many people.”
“This person was in her last moments and still feeling all this joy”
We too are moved by their true love and how they realised their promise to stay with each other until the very end. We hope that may Lindsay’s soul rest in peace and their love remains forever.
